Turning Heads is a lovely, relaxing environment for getting a haircut. The staff is so, so friendly. Not like your typical stiff hair salon environment. Carmen has been cutting my hair for 13 years and probably 50 different styles....I always leave feeling beautiful! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
